🚀Brand New — Webstore
In October 2020 we released “Business hub“ to help entrepreneurs understand their business and its key drivers. Business hub enables members to add and manage their entire business, including products.
Today we’re releasing Webstore — A full e-commerce website integrated with your Prospa account. Webstore is the easiest way for Prospa members to sell their products / services online.
Webstore allows you to do more with the products in your business hub. With Webstore you can;
- Set up an online store in 5 minutes
- Share products with customers
- Accept payments online
- Manage orders
Integration
What’s great about Webstore is that it’s fully integrated with the core Prospa operating system and organises your account and finances automatically.
So you’ve set up your Webstore, shared your Webstore link with customers and received your first order 🙌. Prospa will go ahead and add that customer to your customers tab in the business hub, the purchase value will auto be assigned to the customer. Likewise, for your products, Prospa will automatically update stock availability, and the total value of products sold.
Powerful insights
Webstore being fully integrated means Prospa is able to give you a deeper insight into how your business is performing. What your average order size is, what products are flying off the pixels 😉, who your top customers are. This should help you make more informed decisions
Managing orders
To fit in neatly with Webstore we’ve built order management that allows you to easily manage and track your orders. Assign statuses like pending, fulfilled and to cancel orders that have been refunded.
Payments & finances
All payments received via Webstore are settled instantly to your Prospa account. This means you’re able to Restock on products, facilitate orders and more, even quicker. Payments are auto-matched to products so when an order is made with multiple products in one basket, Prospa will auto reconcile the payment within your account, helping you spend less time on bookkeeping tasks and more time selling. From the Webstore settings page, you can manage your Logo, business description/bio and set VAT rate.
How to set up your Webstore
Currently, Webstore is only available to use via the Prospa app and not web. Here’s how to set up your Webstore.
- Make sure you have the Prospa app
- Once logged in tap “Business”
- Tap “Webstore” on the page nav tab
- Choose your store name and URL
- Add individual products or select all
- Edit store details (logo, VAT %, business number)
Your store is now Live!
