You can now add cash credits and debits to your Prospa account and sub-accounts.
We get it, as much as you’re embracing the new digital economy, cash is still legal tender. Businesses still accept and spend cash, whether that’s an in-store sale, a sale at a popup shop, a frequent customer or an expense after you withdraw money from an ATM.
Keeping account of the inflow and outflow of cash is tough work, but still important. It contributes to the overall picture of a business’s financial health. Speaking to our members and the entrepreneurial community (especially those running digital businesses) we learnt how cash tends to be unaccounted for.
At Prospa, our goal is for entrepreneurs to be empowered to manage their entire financial operations from one app.
Now, we say goodbye to manually keeping track of your business cash transactions.
Here’s how to add a cash transaction
Step 1: Open your Prospa app
Step 2: Select any of the business accounts you want to create a cash transaction for
Step 3: Top corner of the account page tap on Options > Select Add Cash Transaction
Step 4: Input the cash transaction details you want to add to your ledger
Once completed, the credit/debit will be added to your ledger — more updates coming your way soon.
