Upload your business products/services

• Link products to your customers to understand their buying patterns.
• Get a clear understanding of your best selling product/service.
• See how much each product/service is generating.
• Match products to invoice to see what transactions are attached to your products.

• Manually add customers details (picture, full name, phone number, address).
• Get a clear understanding of your best-buying customers and their buying habits.

Via Prospa mobile app

Step 1: Open your Prospa app

Step 2: Tap Business from the bottom navigation bar

Step 3: Choose the type of business information you want to add.

Step 4: Input the information needed and save.

How much product inventory can I add to my business hub?

Unlimited, you can add your entire product catalogue.

How many customers, employee and supplier details can I add to my business hub?

Unlimited, you can add as many as you want.

Can I delete any of the information added?

Yes, you can. You can also delete products, employees, customers and suppliers.

Can I request for my all-time revenue documentation?

Right now, you can export your revenue statement via the app.
